Refund policy

All sales are final; we do not offer refunds. However, we accept exchanges only under certain conditions (see below).

2. Exchanges

We can accept an exchange only in the following cases:

Defective item  
Product damaged upon receipt  
Error in the order  

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

3. Eligibility conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

It must be returned in its original packaging  
All accessories must be included  
Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice)  

Any product damaged due to improper use will not be accepted

4. Exchange procedure

Provide proof of purchase and, if necessary, photos  
Wait for instructions before returning the product  

5. Damaged or defective products

If your mirror arrives broken, damaged, or defective, contact us within 48 hours with:

A photo of the product  
A description of the issue  

We will proceed with a free exchange.

6. Legal exceptions

In accordance with applicable laws, certain cases may be eligible for a refund (for example: a defective product that cannot be replaced).
